Civil Engeneering Site Manager (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated employees to join our team in Neumünster.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent, comprehensive management of construction projects, taking into account technical, organizational, and economic aspects
• Coordination and review of subcontractors’ work on the construction site
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, clarifying technical details both internally and with the client
• Preparation of quantity surveys and invoices
• Drafting and enforcing change orders
• Preparation of construction schedules
• Coordination of personnel and subcontractors
• Monitoring of the construction process and inspection of site results

Your Profile

• A degree in civil engineering or a certification as a state-certified technician would be an advantage
• Initial professional experience in a similar role is desirable
• Proficiency in building codes and a solid understanding of guidelines and standards
• Analytical and results-oriented work style with a high degree of independence
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications as well as a billing and costing program (ideally iTWO)
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Confident demeanor, flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
