Control System Software Engineer

(Ref. TN/CSE - 2026)
We are looking for a specialist in programming control systems for Electric Arc Furnaces.
Role:

• Development and maintenance of control system software.
• System testing at subcontractors’ facilities.
• Testing and commissioning of the control system.
• Technical support to customers.
• Opportunity to implement new cloud-based features for advanced support and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages
• Ability to develop software in a structured and organized manner
• Knowledge of analog signal acquisition boards
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering is appreciated
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system is appreciated
• Knowledge of HTML5 programming is appreciated
• Ability to work independently
• Availability for short business trips in Italy and abroad
• Use of GIT for project version control
• Workplace: Dalmine (BG)
