Analyzing customer requirements and advising customers on the introduction of new solutions

Ihr Profil

You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or similar, or you have completed a relevant apprenticeship with many years of professional experience.
You are characterized by assertiveness and strong customer and service orientation and you fulfill the following requirements:
Min. 2 years of professional experience and very good knowledge of operational airline business processes, especially in the financial management; ideally accounting area
Very good communication skills, negotiation skills
High level of commitment and initiative, very high resilience and pronounced flexibility
Very good intercultural competence
Goal-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
High willingness to travel and work on site with international customers worldwide combined
Fluent English language skills spoken and written
German language skills nice to have
