YOUR TASKS:

• Assisting in creating job postings and advertisements to attract candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Assisting in interview preparation and candidate evaluation.
• Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
• Supporting the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
• Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus.
• Advanced professional English skills.
