YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of hotel, outdoor facilities and staff flats
• Coordination of craftsmen and companies for the care and maintenance of the house
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Planning and support for renovations
• Coordination and maintenance of the vehicle fleet (cars, e-bikes)
• Transfers from our guests
• Security officer of the house
• Supervision of occupational health and safety, fire protection, data protection

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the skilled trades
• Initial experience in the top hotel industry is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• You have a high degree of responsibility and organisational talent
• Driving licence class B
