We are one of the leading tree nurseries in Europe with four locations and are looking for a committed team leader in the area of avenue trees to strengthen our team for the main plant in Tremmen. Your tasks:

• Planning the training of young trees
• Planning and organization of work processes
• Employee management in the avenue tree area
• Coordination of all necessary work in the team

Your profile

• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Qualified training in the green sector
• Good plant knowledge and experience in handling woody plants
• Planning and organizational skills
